Disclaimer and Warning about Paramotoring , Paramotor Equipment and Training
Powered Paragliding, as with any form of flight, carries potential risks including personal injury, property damage, or death. This sport can be as safe or as dangerous as you choose to make it. Do not purchase equipment or participate in this sport unless you are prepared to personally assume ALL risks. We require you receive professional training from a certified instructor before you attempt to assemble, start, use or fly your Paramotor / Powered Paragliding equipment.

Self-training greatly increases your chances of equipment and physical damage or death. Beware of purchasing used equipment,  Do it Yourself kits, PPG Plans or anything for sale on online auction sites at under market prices. ParaToys offers the safest and most reliable equipment on the market. Learning on new reliable equipment will produce the best environment and circumstance for safe and successful training. ParaToys reserves the right to refuse sales and training to any individual which we deem unfit or unsafe to fly.

Canadian ParaToys, ParaToys / BlackHawk assumes no liability or responsibility for the proper assembly, maintenance or performance of any equipment supplied by Canadian ParaToys, ParaToys, BlackHawk, its owners or employees.

Merchandise Damaged in Transit

Is the responsibility of the carrier and must be reported to the carrier. All merchandise is shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation unless the customer does not want insurance. Notify the transportation company (UPS, Canada Post, USPS, FEDEX or DHL) immediately if there are any damaged  items. Our liability for damage in transit ceases when the carrier receives the shipment. Inspect your merchandise and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you have received.

Refund/Returns Policy

Generally, there are no returns except defective items. However, in special situations, products may be returned for a full refund. Depending on the situation,  less all shipping fees, and or 20% restocking fee,  and or 4% of the total amount charged on their credit cards. The best way to avoid this situation is to talk with us BEFORE you buy. ParaToys has the experience to help you make the choice that's right for you.

Note:  All Returns and Exchanges must be in new condition and in original packaging. Unless otherwise stated, items must be returned  prepaid freight, at the customer's expense. No returns will be allowed 30 days after the date of shipment.
